ADMINISTRATIVE JOY: Meeting the Holistic Needs of Students, Staff, and Faculty

In this webinar, two provosts will share what they have learned about the possibilities of administrative joy and sustainable work cultures, offer specific examples of how to design for and create administrative joy even amid the myriad challenges in higher education, and provide experiential opportunities for reflection and applied practice that can be used at home institutions. This webinar will help leaders in higher education to increase and foster opportunities for administrative joy for themselves and among their leadership teams.
